Visual Thinking: Mapping

Today we looked at Visual Thinking, with a specific angle towards mapping. After going across half of kingston in search of actions to do with perforation, rotation and stamping we came back and did a few exercises based around those actions. My personal favourite outcome was that of a 3D representation of one of the verbs.
We chose perforation and came up with this:

Visual Thinking 1
Visual Thinking 2

The idea behind this piece was the verb Perforate. It is intended to be a visual representation of pressure building up as you push against a surface, and then the immediate disapparation of said pressure at the moment the surface is pierced.
